The Yangtze River Delta, where our company locates, acts as one of the most important pillars to China being titled as the world factory. This region is well known for spreading over with competitive and comprehensive industries including machinery, electronics, hardware, plastic and magnetic material etc what are necessary component for magnet assembly. In 1994 the founder of Compass Magnet entered international trade of magnet material and have set up pleasant relation with domestic supplier and overseas customers. Basing on the complete network of qualified sub-contractor surrounding us, rich experience on magnets and their application, and goal of one-stop-supply, we set up a workshop specially assembling magnetic components in year 2000.
Here permanent magnets are assembled together with several hundred types of metal alloy, plastic, rubber and other materials by adhesive bonding, over-molding, clipping, pinning and sheathing. CNC machining centre, CNC lathe, CNC EDM wire cutting machine, CNC plastic injection machine and many other state-of-the-arts equipment are used to manufacture components with high accuracy. Robust quality assurance system ISO9001 and advanced inspection facilities such as universal tool microscope with digital readout, armature comprehensive character test system, magnetic hysteresis measuring device etc are adopted to assure the product quality.
From simple products of magnetic toy to complex and technical product for example motor components and couplings，we have accumulated rich knowledge on assembling process and relative spare parts. In some circumstance, our customers just give us the general description of product what they want. We simplify their job by offering services of material choosing, drawing design and prototype making. Our experienced engineers elaborately design manufacturing process to maximize efficiency and stabilize quality. Minutiae such as tension force of coating layer, PH value of glue, thermal effect on glue, application environment and other factors are seriously taken into consideration in design step. Especially their tooling design is ridded off traditional conception and input with innovative idea.
